Will cancerous prostate hyperplasia?

Many worry that patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of the prostate hyperplasia would happen carcinogenesis, In fact, such worries are not necessary, prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer incidence although did not fully clarify the mechanism, but statistically see patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the prostate cancer incidence and mortality rates than non-benign prostatic hyperplasia is not to much higher; and prostate hyperplasia multiple lateral leaf in the middle and rarely occurred in the latter leaves, but prostate cancer will occur in the posterior lobe from embryogenesis and anatomical location point of view, lateral leaf after leaf and there are marked differences, it would be difficult to find two diseases the causal relationship.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer symptoms, although there are similarities, but the pathogenesis of different parts of different incidence, morbidity more obvious differences. Thus patients suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia should be regularly checked though, but should not worry too much about, reason to believe that the general will not happen cancerous prostate hyperplasia
