What fetal tobacco syndrome?

Fetal tobacco syndrome applied to the following conditions of infants : the mother of all pregnancy, daily smokers ≥ 5; the mother during pregnancy hypertension without evidence, especially without preeclampsia; mother ≥ 37 weeks pregnant, Newborn is well proportioned when sexual growth retardation, birth weight less than 2500 grams; No other cause of intrauterine growth retardation obvious reasons, such as infection or congenital abnormality. The above situation occurred infant birth defects, or fetal tobacco syndrome.
